A chat to talk through your goals, your needs and to get to know each other so we can begin planning how we achieve great things. But every coaching company is going to say that. A coaching team is nearly always better than one person trying to handle everything - We specifically don't specialize in training a particular type of person. The more varied the clientele, the better the coach, so everyone is welcomed with open arms. Unless you aren't a hugger, which is also fine.
